Performances:

• singing a couple songs with Shannon Rider at the Sonoma County Fair on Thursday, July 30 @ 6:30pm
• singing 3 songs acoustically with guitar player Chops, Friday, July 31 at the Raven Theater to help raise money for Honza (boy who recently had a river accident). Show starts @ 8pm, tickets are $10
• Singing the National Anthem at the Petaluma Speedway on Saturday night, August 1

This song is in response to Carrie Underwood’s Before he cheats. I do believe it’s a good one too.

Anyway, I am happy to say ya’ll are going to L O V E this song! I was #2 to hear the new mix, YAY! me, and I am so very impressed.
Pete and his never ending bag of talents. His magic fingers and soulful voice always leaving me a melted puddle of my former self.

I have listened to the song over and over and over, I don’t seem to be getting tired of it. Each time I listen I like it even more (like I’ve ever not liked one of his songs?).

Your toes are gonna start tappin’, your head will start boppin’, pretty soon you’ll be overcome with the urge to get up and bust a move. Perhaps whip out your lighter, hold it high and light it up for Pete. Wait, is that still done? Did I just give away my age? Oh hell.

I think this will come to be one of those hits you hear years from now on the radio and say “OOHH, I LOVE this song!” and crank it. I know I will.
